RATES
Did you hear? Did you hear? Rates dropped to 4.5%!
Well, CNN reported the drop in interest rates, but failed to mention it only lasted for two hours. Some of you grabbed a new rate in the low 5’s-that’s right where rates are sitting today (5-5.25%). Others are waiting for the next drop to occur, IF it happens.
Should you consider refinancing? If rates drop into the 4% range EVERYONE should consider it. Give me a quick call. We’ll review your current scenario and if it makes sense for you to refinance we’ll be ready the next time rates take a dive into the 4% range.
