How to receive the tax credit if you are a first time buyer.  Everything you need to know to start the process of buying and financing your first home.  You’ll learn little know tax write-offs, programs available in today’s market, how to compare lenders and save money, as well as how to avoid common pitfalls.  Cindy offers mortgage and real estate terminology in an easy-to-understand format.

All classes are offered through Community Education.  Registration can be completed online through each community’s Adult Education Department.

Do you have friends, family members or co-workers who are still renting? 

Invite them to attend a BUYING YOUR FIRST HOME class offered by Cindy at a Community Education class near them.  It’s a two hour class, one night only.  They’ll learn tax advantages, how to keep payments affordable, costs involved and hot products helping first time buyers in today’s market.  They’ll gain a start-to-finish understanding of how to get home financing and how to find the right home for them.

• First, call the renter(s) you know and mention the class to them.  Have them check out the class description on my blog. 
• Next, call me and let me know you may have interested friends.  If you refer them to the class – they will save  $425 off normal closing costs (I always offer past clients a discount and I believe in offering this same discount to the people you know and like).
• Then have them call me and I will walk them through how to register for the class through community ed.
